It's such a struggle in this time and age to go for the more healthy options when it's easier to eat a burger rather than a salad. Don't you agree? And having a busy life doesn't exactly help, I find myself struggling - opting for a jam sandwich everyday, picking up biscuits and having those sleepless nights.
